Tennis courts are for ALL Members Of Moon Brook Country Club (Any Classification).
All play will be by reservations for time periods of 1 ½ hours. Reservations can be made by calling the
Starter's Hut - (716)488-0895. Reservations can be made up to seven days in advance and can be for one
time period only (no consecutive time reservations). At least three players must change to qualify as
having relinquished the court.
All players and guests must register in the book provided for that purpose before beginning play.
Non-Moon Brook members may play as guests with a member for a $3.50 charge per playing period.
Reservations will be restricted to adults only (over 21) for play after 5:00 PM on weekdays and between
8:00 AM & 3:00 PM on Saturdays & Sundays. Children may play during these hours without reservations if
the court is available. Children may play with reserving adults during these times.
Members must cancel their reservations if they are not going to use the court. 15 Minutes after a given
starting time, a "No Show" may be assumed and courts may not be reclaimed by the reserver.
Proper tennis clothing only permitted on the courts - this includes children. Proper tennis shoes only must be
worn. No play will be permitted without shoes or without a shirt at any time. Absolutely no bathing suits
allowed on the tennis courts.
No Non-Players permitted within the tennis enclosure at any time. This includes small children and pets.
Spectators are to watch from outside the tennis enclosure.
Tennis courts are to be used for playing tennis only. No non-tennis activity such as bicycle riding,
skateboarding or roller blading will be permitted at any time.
No food or drink will be brought within the tennis enclosure.
United States Tennis Association rules will govern all play.
Tennis rules are subject to change during the season to satisfy unanticipated conditions. Suggestions for
changes may be submitted to the Tennis Chairman (2008 - Henry Mole') or the club office.
